WHAT IS THE LIFE OF A MODULAR KITCHEN?

One of the Modular Kitchen walls is dominated by a wide opening in the form of a glass window that leads to the garden. Homular uses the park as a solution to provide fresh air for the kitchen. "This opening must not be 'hindered' by the presence of any element that will cover the view while reducing the smoothness of air exchange," he said. The risk is, Homular won't be able to place a top-cabinet in this area.

Instead, the upper-cabinet was "united" on the more "free" left. The cabinet arrangement that almost reaches the ceiling as high as 3.5 m also provides ample storage area for utensils and materials for kitchen and dining room needs. "In fact, some cabinets are used to store other items that are not for kitchen purposes," added Homular.

Adequacy of space does not make designers "talkative" in presenting modular kitchen facilities like many people do. The U-shaped kitchen leaves enough space in the middle area, not showing the island's presence. The owner doesn't feel the need to have an island because they don't really need an island, because they don't want to get rid of the broad impression. They want the appearance of the kitchen to be clean and still roomy.

Not much color play, this modular kitchen is dominated by white which is believed to create an elegant impression. The black combination on the floor provides a contrast that reinforces the clean impression of the entire main kitchen area and maintains the desired elegant character.
