what is eclectic style Home interior design

Homular interior; home excited because there were a lot of structural problems that we had to resolve and that was very fun for because. it's like a puzzle for and then speaking with the client it was a wonderful experience and we came up with some phenomenal solutions and so proud of them we wanted to create a focal point. when you walked in so what we did was we created these beautiful barn doors and what that did was it created a segway between the foyer and the modular kitchen area there was a massive wall separating the kitchen from the family room. the kitchen was tiny and the family room was tiny and so the solution was to get rid of that load-bearing wall we put up an enormous steel beam.

Which led to a beautiful design element on the ceiling we decided so the ceilings are high what can we do to kind of hone in on that and so we came up with this gorgeous geometric design on the ceiling. we painted it white because we didn't want it to kind of scream at you once you walked in we just wanted to be this understated thing that you just look up and you're that is something to cook and she has a large family. So it was important for her and her husband to have an inviting space where her children and her friends could come and gather and just really enjoy the kitchen island is about 12 feet. which is quite long what we did was we implemented waterfall sites. which is really quite beautiful because it kind of draws your eye into the whole space and it looks like this cohesive unit which is really lovely it's an all-white kitchen. So at first you think it's a blank canvas and then you walk in and you see the backsplash which is a chevron pattern in marble.

So it's kind of subtle which really complements the hood which is just a simple square hood with chrome design elements we really wanted something different for the kitchen table it was a custom made table and what's special about it this poured concrete mixed with epoxy and what that does is it creates these organic circular motions and then we added these studs on the sides. which created another design element and all these little details create this unified space that really works well. when you walk into the living room dining area you're kind of hit with this splash of color and i thought that was important because it really embodies designer mixing metallic it's beautiful design element to just really cohesively and harmoniously do so and you can really tell in the space here  got gold you've got chrome black matte and it's funny. because you think metal and you think that's cold but really if you mix all three it creates such a warm environment that you just being in and we did it with the pillows. as well because it really brings warmth into the space and the vibe is just right the flooring was actually a very special design element we went for six inch wide planks and we created a herringbone design and it really adds an eclectic vibe to the space it's warm because the color however it's modern because of the width of the planks but it's also a traditional because it's herringbone and so those elements created this transitional beautiful space.

We actually wanted to implement a tv and since it is a joint space between the living room and the dining room we didn't want to break up the space with a bulky unit so what we did was a system where the tv actually rises from the floor. when you want to watch tv and then it seamlessly goes back down and you can barely see it and it's such a wonderful element. it the gem in the space where does it go though it goes into the furnace room downstairs so nobody goes in there so it's great it works out really well the dining room they wanted something comfortable functional and just beautiful we went with very comfortable dining chairs. but you've got the gold details mixed with the fabric which is this beautiful rich blue and you see a lot of blue in the space because it's favorite color they needed a bar area as well as tons of storage for all their dishes their platters their serving utensils everything. so what we did was we created a unit that is made out of metal but it's matte black and what i did was i complemented the black matte with the gold brass that's in the space. as well so it really unifies the whole space it worked very very well since you see a lot of wall in the space i wanted to dress it i created molding that was kind of a modern take on traditional trim and not only that we implemented this beautiful alligator skin wallpaper that really is subtle by nature. but once you come close to it you see that it's a different detail however it's the same color so you're keeping a beautiful balance between the two and it doesn't scream at you and that's the whole point it is so gratifying to come back into space as a guest i see the looks on their faces and they're really enjoying. the space there's nothing better for a designer to come back into space and see how it functionally works you
